Our story

Created by two sisters,
built around connection.

Mer.Made was born from a simple idea: creating something meaningful, together.

We're two sisters who grew up in Kenya, surrounded by warmth, color, and connection. Over the years, traveling the world only reinforced what has always mattered most to us: the moments you don't plan, the people you meet, and the memories you carry long after you leave.

With Mer.Made, we wanted to recreate that feeling. A space that feels warm, familiar, almost like being welcomed in. Where women come together, even as strangers, and leave feeling connected, to each other and to themselves.

Around an intimate table of six, conversations flow, confidence grows, and something personal takes shape. Not just a bikini, but a memory.

More than an atelier, Mer.Made is about feeling good in your own skin, embracing who you are, and carrying a piece of that moment with you, long after Bali.

Not at all. Our team guides you through a creative customization process: choosing colors, straps, accessories, and personal details. All you need is enthusiasm and a sense of style.
Each session runs approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Enough time to enjoy the full experience without rushing, and walk out with your finished bikini ready to wear.
We offer two options. Mer.Made Essential is 1,650,000 IDR per person (custom bikini with our full collection of colors, straps, and beads). Mer.Made Signature is 1,950,000 IDR per person (everything in Essential plus our complete collection of statement pieces, including shells and exclusive designs). Both include full guidance throughout the workshop, with no hidden costs.
We offer 5 signature base colors, each inspired by the beauty of Bali: Black Sand (Black), Ocean Breeze (Blue), Mermaid (Pink), Seashell (Pearl), and Untouched Shore (White). Once you've chosen your base color, you can personalize it with your favorite beads, shells, and accessories to create a bikini that's uniquely yours.
Yes, you can choose different sizes. At the moment we have 3 sizes available: S, M, and L. Our bikinis are slightly adjustable thanks to the adjustable straps, which helps create a better fit.
We work with one timeless, versatile triangle design that can be styled in multiple ways. The top can be worn in 6 different ways, and the bottom fit is adjustable for more or less coverage depending on how you position it. We chose this design because it offers the most flexibility for adding beads and personalized details on the neck, back, and waist ties, so each bikini becomes a truly unique creation.
We highly recommend booking your session in advance to secure your spot, as our workshops often fill up quickly. Walk-ins are welcome whenever availability allows, but we cannot guarantee a place without a reservation. Feel free to check our booking calendar online or send us a WhatsApp message, and we'll be happy to let you know about any last-minute availability.
Absolutely. Our workshops accommodate up to 6 participants, but solo guests are more than welcome. In fact, many women join on their own and find it a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people, connect, and share a creative experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Absolutely. Whether it's a girls' trip, bachelorette party, birthday, or just a group of friends, we can arrange an exclusive private session for up to 6 people. Just mention it when you reserve.
